It has been a wonderful and interesting week of a high level, amongst fellow young lied lovers (singers and pianists), in the picturesque seaside town of Husum (Schleswig-Holstein). This masterclass has also had a competitive element and several desirable prizes were to be won. At the end of the week, the duos presented themselves in a final concert, attended by an international jury, consisting of acclaimed singers, pianists, conductors and agents. This year Vincent and Charlie Bo were awarded first prize, the “Johann-Max-Böttcher-Preis” for best lied duo.
